Closing Costs

The percentage of the purchase price that your lender will charge for closing costs.

Example: $6,300 or 2% of the purchase price

Advice: Each lender is different on the amount of closing costs they charge so it's always a good idea to get 2-3 "good faith estimates" before deciding on a loan. You may be able to roll the closing costs into the loan or get the seller to pay the closing costs.
