Enhanced Performance: With new kinematics and efficient chamber designs, the HP350e offers up to 10% increased performance in secondary and tertiary applications compared to the HP300.
Improved Uptime and Serviceability: The introduction of no-backing liners simplifies liner changes, reducing downtime and enhancing safety. Additional features like the head anti-spin brake and optional ring bounce monitoring further extend liner life and provide active overload protection.
Wider Application Coverage: Operators can choose from three alternative kinematics and various chamber designs, including ten innovative no-backing chamber options tailored for secondary, tertiary, and quaternary stages.
Efficient Parts Lifetime Economy: The HP350e maintains compatibility with many HP300 components, allowing for cost-effective upgrades and maintenance. Metso’s HPe upgrade kits enable existing HP300 owners to access new features like enhanced kinematics and no-backing liners.
