Screen: 6’ x 20’ horizontal triple deck, triple shaft screen, 50 HP, 1800 RPM, TEFC, electric motor drive, screen cloth size to be specified with order;

Integral Feed Conveyor: 45” x 28’ channel frame type, 20° troughing idler, lagged head pulley, winged tail pulley, large receiving hopper, full length skirtboards with rubber flashing, 15 HP, 1800 RPM, TEFC, electric motor V-belt drive and guard;

Fines Conveyor: 60” x 22’ frame integral type, flat idlers, lagged head pulley, winged tail pulley, 10 HP, 1800 RPM, TEFC, electric motor V-belt drive and guard;

Fines Cross Conveyor: 36” x 10’ reversible cross conveyor for discharge of fines material;

Bottom Cross Conveyor: 24” x 10’ reversible cross conveyor for discharge of third deck material;

Walkway: 24” with toe board and handrails on each side of screen;

Reversible Discharge Chutes: easy discharge of top deck and second deck material;

Underscreen Gathering Hopper: for collection of fines material through third deck of screen and discharge onto 60” fines conveyor;

Main Frame: heavy-duty wide flange beam, air ride tandem axle with eight 11R 22.50, 14-ply tires, air controlled brakes with emergency and service gladhands, fifth wheel plate and kingpin, pre-wired running lights with stop directional indicators;

Electric Motors: all pre-wired with cable to reach the main power source of crushing plant and fabricated cable wrap holders;

Hydraulic Lift/Leveling: set of four hydraulic cylinders controlled by an independent powered hydraulic unit complete with in-line load controls on each cylinder and directional control valves.
