Our History: In 2007, two investors met and both agreed there was a lack of tools and sophistication available when evaluating a real estate investment, compared to the vast amount of tools and techniques available for stock investments. Most real estate agents that claimed to specialize in investment properties barely knew what a cap rate was. This made it difficult for investors at all levels to make sure they were making a sound decision, especially for those not comfortable with numbers. The founders had been successful using specific data, formulas and resources, and both believed real estate is by far the best investment one can make, if done carefully. They wanted to share this with as many as possible.
